Legal Notice

Who operates this club and this website, the licence we run under, and the responsible-play commitments that come with it.

Last updated: December 15, 2025

1. The operator

Pachinko Rewards is operated as a licensed amusement and rewards venue at Crown Perth, Great Eastern Hwy, Burswood WA 6100, Australia. The venue operates under agreement with the premises licensee; our staff and systems are subject to venue security and compliance standards. General enquiries: [email protected] or +61 8 9362 8888.

2. Licence and regulation

The Club operates under an amusement and rewards framework — play is for entertainment, and winnings are redeemed as points, prizes and club credit. There is no cash payout for play on the floor. Machines are regulated equipment, audited regularly; audit summaries are available at reception on request.

The venue complies with all applicable Western Australian licensing conditions, including ID verification, security, CCTV and record-keeping requirements.

3. Responsible play — 18+

Entry is strictly 18 years and over; photo ID is checked at the door. Pachinko is entertainment — it should stay that way. Tools available on every member card:

  • Daily and weekly session spend limits, set at the cage
  • Self-exclusion for any period, confidential and immediate
  • Activity statements showing your sessions and spend over time

Support contacts are printed on the back of every member card and posted at the cage. If play stops being fun, talk to any host — or speak with the national support services listed at reception. We take this seriously and so should you.

4. Intellectual property

The Pachinko Rewards name, logo, site design and written content are our property and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Machine manufacturers' marks remain the property of their owners. Photographs on this site are licensed for our use only.

5. Jurisdiction

This legal notice and all use of this website and the Club's services are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia. This page is updated as regulatory details change — the version shown is always current.
