Every service lists its inclusions on its own page. Here's how the club's access layers stack — floor entry through to full lounge hosting.
All 240 machines on levels one and two, the redemption cage,
izakaya counter and members' bar. Day-pass guests included
under a member's signature.

Silver adds Tuesday double points and priority cage. Gold
adds lounge discounts, prize-floor reservations and guest
passes. Platinum adds a dedicated host line, quarterly
masterclass and first-window bookings.

amenities and hostess service. Bookable by the hour with
catering add-ons.

Before you book
For lounges, masterclasses and dining packages — no, you can
book as a guest and we include day passes. Tournaments,
reserved machines and jackpot nights require at least a
Silver membership for leaderboard scoring.
Absolutely — that's how most members use the club. Lounge
plus dining, class plus session, tournament plus celebration
afterwards. Book them separately and mention it at
reception; we'll seat everything back-to-back.
Friday and Saturday evenings typically book out 10–14 days
ahead. Weeknights usually have same-week availability. Gold
and Platinum members get a 48-hour early booking window.
Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before the slot
receive a full refund to card or club credit. Inside 24
hours we offer a reschedule or 50% credit. Details are on
our
refund policy
page.
Yes — every service has a giftable version through our
gift card
system, delivered digitally or as a boxed card from
reception.
